Welcome to Rurbix! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rurbix mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using Rurbix, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Scope

Rurbix provides a multi-service digital platform connecting Users seeking home, maintenance, and technical services with independent Vendors and verified Service Providers. Rurbix facilitates booking, scheduling, and payment processing.

2. User Account & Responsibilities

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Users agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Vendor & Service Provider Terms

• Vendors and Service Providers must provide true and verified documentation during onboarding.
• Service Providers agree to deliver services punctually, professionally, and in accordance with Rurbix quality standards.
• Vendors and Providers must maintain confidentiality regarding user personal details and address information.
• Rurbix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail safety audits or receive repeated poor ratings.

4. Bookings, Pricing & Payments

• Service pricing is displayed transparently prior to booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made via authorized digital wallets, UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking within the Rurbix App.
• Any additional work requested beyond the initial booking scope must be approved and billed through the platform.
• Rurbix provides a 30-day service re-visit guarantee on qualifying electrical and repair tasks.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Users can cancel bookings prior to expert dispatch without penalty. Cancellations made after a service provider is en route may incur a minimal cancellation fee. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or Rurbix Wallet within 5-7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, app interfaces, and software components on Rurbix are the exclusive property of Rurbix Technologies. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rurbix connects users with independent service specialists. While Rurbix conducts background checks and quality audits, Rurbix is not liable for unexpected indirect damages arising from third-party vendor operations beyond covered service guarantees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.
