At Rurbix, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data for Rurbix Customer App, Rurbix Vendor App, or Rurbix Service Provider App at any time.

Option A: Delete Account via App

You can delete your account directly inside the Rurbix mobile app by following these steps:

1. Open the Rurbix App on your phone.
2. Go to Profile / Account Settings.
3. Scroll down and select Delete My Account.
4. Confirm your registered mobile number/OTP and submit.

Option B: Request Deletion Online

If you cannot access the app, please complete the form below to request account deletion:

Data Retention & Policy

Upon account deletion:

• Your personal profile details, saved addresses, saved credentials, and wallet tokens are permanently purged.
• In accordance with statutory Indian tax and accounting laws, financial transaction invoices and tax records will be retained for the legally required retention period.
